This is a package set.  You get all 12 inserts pictured and the WELCOME letters.

These laser cut letters and shapes come unfinished.  You can easily paint these letters and shapes with a foam brush or spray paint.  

This set includes a metal strip in place of the "O" in WELCOME and it includes magnets for all the "O" shapes so you can easily swap them out each month.

These pieces are laser cut from MDF, resulting in crisp, clean edges with a nice burnt finished edge.  

These letters and shapes are big and are easily visable from the road, making this sign a fun way to dress up your front porch each month.  

The letters sizes are upto 8.75" wide x 7.5" tall (each letter varies in height and width as pictured).

The "O" shapes vary in size from 6" - 10.4" wide x 7.5" - 9" tall

The wooden board for this craft is not included, you can purchase one at your local lumber store such as Home Depot or Lowes.  The board size needs to be 11" wide x 60" tall (you can use a 1x12 or 2x12 and cut it down to 60" tall).  

If your sign will be outside where it could get wet or be exposed to the hot sun all day, then I recommend painting your interchangeable pieces and sealing them with a clear polyurethane.
