You may return any* item that has not been used or altered in any way within 30 days from purchase for an exchange or refund.  All refunds will be charged a 10% restocking fee, plus the cost to ship the item(s) will be deducted from your refund.  We pay more to ship your order than what you are charged, you can email or text us to know what your shipping cost was.  Refunded money will go back to the credit/debit card that was used for the original transaction.

If you need to cancel an order before we have cut the wood or vinyl, you may do so, but you will be charged a $7 cancelation fee (this covers our transactions fees, for processing your order and for processing the refund).

*Custom orders cannot be exchanged or refunded (custom orders includes anything that was designed for you as well as items with custom names, est. dates, initials, ect.).

 You will have to return the items at your expense.  We will deduct the amount we paid in shpping from the refund which is often more than you were charged (if you want to know the shipping charge that will be deducted from your refund, please contact us).

Once the items are recieved in new condition, the refund will be processed within 2 business days.

Make sure your name and order # is included with your return.  

The items must be wrapped up in packaging paper prior to returning them.  This helps them not to break during shipment.  Failure to do so may result in items getting damaged, and we will not offer a refund on damaged items that aren't properly wrapped.  We do understand some items can break even when they are packaged properly and when that is the case you will be given the refund.   Thank you for your understanding.
