Simply apply the vinyl to the glass of an 4x6 frame and place some decorative scrapbook paper behind the glass. You could also apply the vinyl to a 4x6 board (either paint the board or modpogde scrapbook on to it and then apply the vinyl lettering. Quick and simple! Perfect for a gift! Apply the lettering first and then apply the vinyl star and swirls.
